Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bijoux De Rêve – We’re committed to getting your beautiful jewelry to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.

Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items from different locations or warehouses, they may be shipped separately. This means you might receive multiple shipments, and the arrival times of each item may vary.

  • Shipping Times: Each item will have its own estimated delivery time depending on the warehouse from which it is shipped. You will receive tracking information for each shipment to help you track your order’s progress. Read product description, as we will specify if an item has a longer shipping and or processing time.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please allow extra processing time during peak seasons or sales events.

 

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Free standard shipping on orders over $88. For orders under $88 a flat rate of $6.90 applies for standard shipping.
  •  No International Shipping: Available (at the moment)

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your package’s journey. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once your package is marked as delivered, Bijoux De Reve is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
  • We recommend checking with neighbors or other household members if the package does not appear at your door.

Damaged Items:

  • We take great care in packaging your items securely. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Address Changes:

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order ships. We cannot make address changes once the order is in transit.
